WiseTech Global reported total revenue of $1.396 billion for the financial year ending 30 June 2026, representing a 79 percent increase from $778.7 million in FY25.
The company attributed the result to the contribution from its e2open acquisition and continued CargoWise growth. Recurring revenue accounted for 95 percent of total revenue, three percentage points lower than in the previous financial year.
CargoWise revenue increased by 11 percent, from $682.2 million to $756.9 million. This included $14.2 million from FY25 and FY26 mergers and acquisitions and a $9.3 million foreign-exchange tailwind, partially offset by refinements to the new commercial model during the second half of FY26.
Revenue from e2open amounted to $541.2 million, while non-CargoWise revenue increased by 1 percent to $97.9 million.
WiseTech’s gross profit rose by 62 percent to $1.102 billion, compared with $681.3 million in FY25. Its gross profit margin declined by nine percentage points to 79 percent, reflecting the consolidation of e2open. Reported EBITDA increased by 46 percent to $558.4 million, while the EBITDA margin fell from 49 percent to 40 percent. WiseTech attributed the change in margin to the consolidation of e2open, restructuring costs and the loss on the divestment of Expedient Software, partially offset by lower merger and acquisition costs. Underlying EBITDA increased by 56 percent to $644.5 million. The underlying EBITDA margin was 46 percent, compared with 53 percent in FY25. The company achieved approximately $115 million in total annualised run-rate savings during FY26. This included $64 million from the e2open cost-synergy programme, $34 million from its AI Transformation programme and $17 million from an earlier efficiency programme focused on high-performance teams and the early adoption of artificial intelligence.

The $64 million in e2open annualised run-rate savings was achieved ahead of the company’s FY27 target of $50 million.
Internal AI adoption delivered measurable productivity gains across Product & Development and Customer Service. WiseTech is targeting labour-cost savings of up to approximately 50 percent for logistics service providers, with six AI agents available in CargoWise. The company also reported a pipeline of AI initiatives in pilot and development.
Depreciation and amortisation increased by $114.8 million, or 127 percent, to $205.1 million. This included $86.8 million from acquired amortisation. EBIT increased by 21 percent to $353.3 million.

Net finance costs rose from $3.5 million to $133.6 million, reflecting interest expenses on debt facilities drawn to fund the e2open acquisition. Profit before income tax declined by 23 percent to $221.6 million, while statutory net profit after tax fell by 11 percent to $178.7 million. Basic earnings per share decreased by 11 percent to 53.6 cents. Underlying net profit after tax rose by 29 percent to $313.5 million, with underlying earnings per share increasing by 28 percent to 94 cents. WiseTech reported net leverage of 2.7 times. The company expects to reduce this to approximately 2.2 times by the end of FY27, ahead of its previous target of approximately 2.5 times, and to less than two times in FY28. Its final dividend increased by 14 percent to 8.8 cents per share.
