  • Messe München and Logismedia Group AG are deepening collaboration to leverage synergies across logistics, supply chain, and transport, enhancing global coverage of transport logistic, air cargo, and project cargo trade fairs
  • Logismedia will provide editorial and advertising coverage of all exhibitions via ITJ International Transport Journal, while maintaining a visible presence at fairs, including potential conference moderation and media partnership roles
  • The partnership launches with transport logistic, project cargo, and air cargo India in February 2026 and will expand to China in June 2026, strengthening international visibility and providing earlier, more comprehensive information for customers and exhibitors

Messe München—with its exhibitions transport logistic, air cargo and project cargo—and Logismedia Group AG, publisher of the ITJ International Transport Journal, are both active on four continents and reach every segment of logistics, supply chain, and transport. During the BVL Supply Chain CX in Berlin, the two organizations agreed to intensify their collaboration in order to better harness synergies for the benefit of their customers.

Messe München GmbH has established itself as a leading international organizer of logistics trade fairs with its ‘transport logistic exhibitions’. What began with transport logistic in Munich—the ‘mother’ of all logistics fairs—has now expanded across four continents. Upcoming events include transport logistic, project cargo & air cargo Southeast Asia (29–31 October 2025, Singapore), transport logistic, project cargo & air cargo Americas (11–13 November 2025, Miami), and Logitrans Türkiye together with air cargo Türkiye (19–21 November 2025, Istanbul).

Based in Basel, Logismedia Group AG is a business media publisher specializing in logistics, supply chain, and transport. Its flagship publication, the ITJ International Transport Journal, reports on every segment of the logistics industry and reaches readers and clients on four continents. Other Logismedia products include Loginfo24, an information platform for logistics; Worldtrans, a global logistics directory; Swisstrans, a Swiss logistics magazine and directory; and the Pharmalogistics Magazine.

Leveraging mutual synergies

Given their strong overlap in both audience and geography, transport logistic exhibitions and Logismedia Group AG are deepening their cooperation. Going forward, Logismedia will provide comprehensive coverage of all transport logistic, air cargo, and project cargo trade fairs—editorially and through advertising—primarily via the ITJ International Transport Journal, both digitally on its website and through the ITJ Daily newsletter.

In return, ITJ will maintain a visible presence at all exhibitions, through its own stand, as a media partner, and potentially as organizer or moderator of selected conference sessions.

Dr. Robert Schönberger, Global Industry Lead for transport logistic, air cargo & project cargo exhibitions at Messe München GmbH, stated: “Logistics today is more global than ever—and communication must be, too. Partnering with Logismedia Group AG strengthens the international presence of our trade fairs and opens up new opportunities to connect knowledge, innovation, and people across continents.”

Andreas Müller, Publisher and CEO of Logismedia Group AG, added: “We are delighted to extend our long-standing and successful relationship with Messe München—especially from transport logistic in Munich—to new continents and deepen our collaboration. Both companies serve the same global customer base, so the synergies are inevitable.”

Starting in India

The partnership kicks off with transport logistic, project cargo and air cargo India, taking place from 25–27 February 2026 in Mumbai.

The highlight of 2026 will follow with transport logistic, project cargo & air cargo China, from 24–26 June 2026 in Shanghai.

 Strengthening global presence

The goal of this collaboration is to further enhance international visibility in the logistics industry. Customers, in particular, will benefit from earlier and more in-depth information about upcoming trade fairs and conference content. Exhibitors and Logismedia clients alike will gain from greater mutual visibility.
