The Nordic Air Cargo Symposium returns as the sole regional event for the North European air cargo market, uniting cargo operators, freight forwarders, integrators, shippers, airlines, suppliers, and technology providers to exchange insights and foster connections.
Taking place in Riga, Latvia, on 27–28 April 2026, the symposium includes networking receptions, a full-day conference, and new exhibition opportunities for companies to showcase solutions and engage directly with industry decision-makers.
Key programme topics cover Northern Europe’s airfreight trends, including freighter aircraft outlook, seafood and Baltic market updates, pharma and life science logistics, the e-commerce boom, and innovation, digitalisation, and AI.

The Nordic Air Cargo Symposium returns as the only regional event dedicated to the North European air cargo market, bringing together key stakeholders from across the logistics and aviation ecosystem. Cargo operators, freight forwarders, integrators, shippers, airlines, entrepreneurs, suppliers, and technology providers will gather to exchange insight, explore market developments, and build valuable connections across the region.

Taking place in Riga, Latvia, the symposium offers a focused platform to discuss emerging opportunities and challenges shaping the airfreight landscape in Northern Europe. New for 2026, the event will also introduce exhibition opportunities, giving companies an additional way to showcase solutions and engage directly with industry decision-makers.

The event begins with a welcome networking reception on the evening of 27 April at the spectacular Skyline Bar at the Radisson Blu Latvija Conference & Spa Hotel, offering panoramic views over Riga and an informal setting to connect with peers.
