Hermes Logistics Technologies (HLT) will officially launch hermesONE, its next-generation platform for air cargo at the Air Cargo Handling & Logistics (ACHL) Conference in Athens, which begins on 29 September 2026.
Designed as a connected, AI powered ecosystem, hermesONE represents a significant step forward in the evolution of the Hermes technology platform. It brings together operational systems, mobile capabilities and AI, creating a stronger foundation for continuous innovation while helping cargo organisations adapt to changing operational requirements.
The first major capability within hermesONE is The HermieBOT, a new AI powered expert, which gives users instant access to decades of Hermes knowledge and experience.
Through natural conversation, users can ask The HermieBOT questions about system functionality, configuration, operational processes, documentation and troubleshooting, helping them find information, understand processes, receive training and master the Hermes ecosystem, without having to search across multiple sources.
“hermesONE represents a fundamental step forward in how we think about technology for air cargo,” said Yuval Baruch, CEO of Hermes Logistics Technologies. “The industry is changing quickly, and our customers need technology that can evolve with their operations rather than requiring them to continually adapt to the technology. hermesONE gives us the platform to do that, while AI creates new opportunities to make decades of Hermes expertise more accessible to the people using our systems every day.”
HLT has been working closely with customers throughout the development of hermesONE. This collaborative approach helped HLT test the technology in real operational environments, gather feedback from users and continuously improve the experience before wider availability.
“We wanted to develop hermesONE with our customers, not simply build something and present it to them when it was finished,” added Baruch. “Their experience, feedback and operational insight have shaped the platform and helped us ensure that the capabilities we have and will introduce solve real problems and deliver practical value.”
The HermieBOT is the first step in a broader roadmap of capabilities planned for hermesONE. As the ecosystem develops, HLT will continue to introduce new connected capabilities designed to improve access to information, operational insight and technology across the cargo environment.
The platform is built around a simple principle: technology should make cargo operations easier to manage, not add to their complexity.
With hermesONE, HLT is creating the foundation for a more connected and intelligent future for the Hermes ecosystem, helping customers access new capabilities, improve how their teams work and continue evolving their operations without unnecessary disruption.
