The demand for reliable, temperature-controlled healthcare logistics continues to grow.
To support pharmaceutical customers and strengthen global healthcare supply chains, DSV is expanding its Air ThermoDirect network with new direct connections between Luxembourg Airport and Shanghai Pudong International Airport and an upcoming route between Indianapolis International Airport and Shanghai Pudong International Airport .
Operated through dedicated freighter capacity and supported by specialised cold chain handling, the solution helps DSV ensure greater reliability, control, speed and product integrity for temperature-sensitive healthcare shipments.
“DSV is helping customers improve supply chain efficiency, reduce operating costs, and ensure the integrity of critical healthcare products across one of the world’s fastest-growing regions. This investment represents another important step in building a more resilient, efficient, healthcare supply chain across Asia,” says Kenneth Kallström, EVP and Global Enterprise Vertical Head, Healthcare.
By combining dedicated air capacity, temperature-controlled handling and reusable thermal packaging solutions, Air ThermoDirect strengthens DSV’s ability to support temperature-sensitive healthcare shipments between Europe, US and Asia.”
