  • CIRCLE Group reported consolidated Value of Production of €15.8 million for the first half of 2026, up 34 percent year on year.
  • Milos Federative Services grew 75 percent, while proprietary software products increased 11 percent and backlog reached €36.7 million.
  • The logistics digitalisation specialist expects to significantly exceed its 2026 Value of Production guidance, while continuing development of AI-powered solutions including MILOS SINAPSE.

CIRCLE Group, an Innovative SME listed on the Euronext Growth Milan market and specialising in process analysis and the development of solutions for the digitalisation of the port and intermodal logistics sectors and international consultancy on Green Deal and energy transition issues, announces that the Board of Directors today approved the selected unaudited financial data for the first half of 2026.

The figures for the first half of 2026 reflect the positive performance of the business.

Consolidated Value of Production totalled Eur 15.8 million, up 34% compared to the first half of 2025 (Eur 11.8 million).

Proprietary Software Products, also offered in SaaS (Software as a Service) mode on a cloud platform, showed an increase of 11% compared to the first half of 2025. Milos Federative Services recorded a 75% increase compared to the first half of 2025.

Backlog as of the end of June 2026 amounted to EUR 36.7 million (Eur 34.1 million at the end of 2025), calculated based on operational data and with visibility through 31.12.2027 (with the exception of European projects, until their expiration dates).

Net Financial Position (cash positive) improved significantly, reaching Eur 4.8 million (cash positive by Eur 2.6 million as of 31.12.2025).

The results for the first half of 2026 reflect the positive business performance, thanks in part to the residual contribution from contracts related to the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR), which were completed during the period and helped further accelerate revenue growth, along with growth in core activities and the progressive development of the Group’s integrated solutions.

This increase was accompanied by further growth in solid profitability levels, confirming CIRCLE Group’s ability to combine growth, operational efficiency, and a high-quality business mix. In this context, the Group continued to implement its “Connect 4 Agile Growth” strategy, further strengthening its position in the digitization and innovation of logistics and transportation.

In light of the results achieved in the first half of 2026 and the Group’s positive operational and commercial performance, CIRCLE will therefore significantly exceed the forecasts for Value of Production for fiscal year 2026. Please note that the guidance for 2026 regarding the Value of Production was Eur 27.2-28.8 million as announced by the Company.

Luca Abatello, President & CEO of CIRCLE Group, commented: “The first half of 2026 confirms the CIRCLE Group’s growth trajectory and the strength of our business model, building on the positive results of the first quarter. The second half of the year has begun with equally encouraging signs, supported by positive operational and commercial performance, which confirms a growth trajectory that is increasingly independent of the drivers of PNRR-related contracts.

“In the first few months of the year, we continued to secure new contracts on a consistent basis, and we are working to bring all services to full operational capacity, which will generate significant recurring revenue. At the same time, the continuation of European projects and the new Innovation Agreement provide us with multi-year visibility into investment planning for the next three years, further strengthening the conditions to support the Group’s growth and development in the medium to long term.

“Another strategic element concerns our in-house artificial intelligence division, which is already operational and has been significantly strengthened over the course of the year, both in terms of expertise and project capabilities. This initiative has led to the development of a new product (MILOS SINAPSE), currently being tested with select clients, whose evolution will continue in the coming months and will reach a major development milestone by the first quarter of 2027.

“At the same time, M&A activities are continuing in line with the Group’s strategic growth guidelines, and we expect to provide further updates on these in the coming months, both regarding federated services and international growth.”

Circle Group announces that on September 30, it will participate in the European MidCap Event in Paris alongside Integrae SIM, and on October 5, 2026 at 11.30 am, an Investor Day will be held at Integrae SIM during which consolidated results for the first half of 2026 will be presented to the market. A “save-the-date” with full details will be sent in the coming days.
